Replies to Facebook and Instagram comments, in public or in private
Whoever asks “price?” under a post gets an answer: in public, in private or both, following your rules.
For each Facebook page and Instagram account, you choose how comments are answered: publicly under the comment, with a private message to the author, or both. You can add keyword rules (exact match, contains or regular expression) with predefined public replies and private messages. If you want full control, comments wait for your approval: you see the proposed reply, edit it and only then send it.
Before vs After aichat.md
Questions about price and availability pile up under posts. Some get an answer hours later, some never do.
Every comment gets an answer by your rules, and the conversation about price or ordering continues in private, where the agent can take it further.
How it works in 3 steps
Someone comments
“How much is it?” under a post on Facebook or Instagram.
A rule or the agent
If a keyword rule matches, the predefined reply goes out; otherwise, the agent answers.
Public, private or approved by you
The reply appears under the comment, as a private message, or waits for your approval, depending on your settings.
Example messages
- A “price” comment → a short public reply and the details in a private message
- A comment containing the word from your rule → the predefined reply for that rule
- Manual mode → the proposed reply waits in the approval list; you edit it and send it

Frequently asked questions
Can I approve replies before they are published?+
Yes. In manual mode, new comments appear in a waiting list with the proposed reply. You approve it as it is or edit it first.
How do keyword rules work?+
You set the match text (exact, contains or regular expression), the platform (Facebook or Instagram) and what is sent: a public reply, a private message or both.
