The agent searches your WooCommerce store catalog and answers with real products
A customer asks what you have; the agent searches your WooCommerce store and shows the products with the price from your site.
The agent reads the catalog through the public API that WooCommerce stores provide, so all it needs to connect is your site address, with no keys. It can search by name, match a loosely worded request to the products that exist and open a single product’s details. In the widget on your site, results appear as product cards; on Messenger, as a carousel. The catalog is re-read regularly, so prices follow your site.
Before vs After aichat.md
Customers ask in chat whether you have a product and how much it costs. Someone searches the site, copies the link and replies an hour later, and sometimes the price in the reply is no longer the one on the site.
The agent searches the catalog directly and replies with the product, the current price and the link. Your team handles the orders that actually come in.
How it works in 3 steps
The customer asks
“Do you have decaf coffee beans?”
Catalog search
The agent searches the products in WooCommerce and picks the ones that match the request.
Product cards in chat
The customer gets the name, the price from your site and a link to the product.
Example messages
- “Do you have something similar to what I bought last time?” → the agent matches the description to products in the catalog
- “Tell me more about this product.” → the details from the product page on your site

Frequently asked questions
Which store platforms are supported?+
The direct catalog connection exists for WooCommerce. If your store runs on another platform, you can upload your product list to the knowledge base as a CSV or JSON file.
Do I have to give access to my store?+
No. The catalog is read through the public WooCommerce Store API, the same way any visitor sees it. The agent doesn’t see orders, customers or admin data.
